PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING

All prices on the Site are shown in US dollars. Once you have selected your merchandise, you can proceed to check out. We use Paypal to process credit card transactions. Cards accepted through Paypal are MatesrCard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express. Once payment through Paypal is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details & shipping information. All orders placed through the website shall be accepted upon the sole discretion of JASMINE NYE. JASMINE NYE may refuse to accept or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged, for any or no reason, without liability to you or any third party and JASMINE NYE’s decision shall be final. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is a free of charge service to the shipping address provided by you. It's therefore yourresponsibility to provide us with the complete and correct physical shipping address. We regret that delivery CANNOT be made to post office boxes. We require a signature for the merchandise delivered, at which point responsibility for the merchandise passes to you. Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guide only. JASMINE NYE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen

packages. We ship to all countries except the followings: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North & South Soudan, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, and Israel.

DUTIES & TAXES

Prices displayed on the Site are NOT INCLUSIVE of customs duties & taxes. Your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis; you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Personalized, Made to Order & discounted merchandise CANNOT be returned nor exchanged at any time.

All full priced merchandise can be only returned for an exchange within 7 days from date of delivery. Do not send any merchandise back without us being notified; please email us immediately at info@jasminenye.com within the 7 days-time frame, include your full name, order

number details, as well as, the name & SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the other merchandise you want to exchange for. Note that exchange is done for equal price value merchandise only and is subject to availability of the merchandise upon return.

All returned merchandise must be unused with all original tags & packaging, and returned within 7 days from date of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, JASMINE NYE reserves the right to deny the exchange if the merchandise does not meet RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY requirements. Returns must be shipped through a reliable courier. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipping. When returning merchandise, please email us the relevant courier’s airway bill (AWB), related documentation, and merchandise exchange details.

You are responsible for sending merchandise back to JASMINE NYE at your own cost. You are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to JASMINE NYE. We will only refund return shipping costs when we have made a shipping error.
